Dre has always had a rare gift for holding space.
With a background in hospitality and a heart reshaped by loss, she brings deep presence and soulful care to every experience she curates. As a Soultender, her gift lies in seeing the person behind the performance—the human behind the hustle—and making space for their full breath, truth, and brilliance to return.
Once a high-performing, multi-hat-wearing human doing, Dre intimately understands what it means to give your all and still feel unseen. Her own journey through burnout, anxiety, and grief cracked her open—but it was breathwork that stitched her back together.
What began as a survival strategy became a path to peace, clarity, and purpose.
From Double Shifts to Intentional Shifts
When I had nothing left, I still had my breath.
And in learning how to use it, I learned how to take back the keys to my peace.
At the time of my sister’s passing, I was already in therapy, doing the work to mend a nervous system unraveled by burnout and a panic attack that had led me to walk away from hospitality.
In the depths of grief, I held out hope for something —for relief, for release, for something that could meet the emotions in a natural and sustainable way.
That’s when I found breathwork.
And everything began to shift.
